SHIPPING POLICY AS OF 11/25

***LoveLolaKnits is a small business venture, run by a disabled artist. Every item is knit by hand/ custom order.

 

As we are in the  holiday season, orders made after 12/15 cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

 

Your flexibility and support is greatly appreciated!***

*Orders are made and shipped in the order that they are received .

*All sales are final. (Exchanges or store credit are strongly encouraged.)

** ORDERS ARE APPROXIMATELY TAKING 6-8 WEEKS TO SHIP. EVERY ITEM IS HANDMADE AND KNIT/ SEWN IN THE ORDER IT WAS RECIEVED ** THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

SHIPPING POLICY

* It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping info is correct before submitting a final order. LoveLolaKnits is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or misdelivered, provided that the shipping address is correct on the order invoice

*Shipping charges will not be refunded for customers who place more than one order in one day. Orders will ship together.

 

*LoveLolaKnits is not responsible for shipping delays.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING? 

*Please keep in mind that this business is solely run by one person AND that one person is also a disabled person who needs a little more time and grace. Allow 6-8 weeks for orders to be made, processed, and shipped.

Why does shipping take so long?


*LoveLolaKnits is a small business venture, run by a disabled artist. Every item in the store is made by one person. Therefore, your flexibility and support is greatly appreciated!

What if I need my order sooner?


*Email me directly through my website ( contact us)  to ask about rush orders. Please place "RUSH ORDER" in the subject line of the email. Additional fees will apply. Rush orders are not guaranteed, but I will do my best to accommodate clients with time-sensitive requests.

How may I check the status of my order?


*Please ONLY inquire about the status of your order if four (4) weeks or more has passed since your order was placed. Email Malika directly at lovelolaknits@gmail at anytime! No question is too small. Please allow two (4-6) business days for a response to your inquiry.

*A business day is considered every official working day of the week: Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.
